• MS Finnmarken
The first Hurtigruten ship to bear this name was introduced in 1912 and her worthy successor has been designed to reflect the elegance of the past. Her Art Nouveau style interior is complemented by modern panorama lounges, bars & bistro, conference facilities, hairdresser & beauty treatment room. A swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, solarium and outside Jacuzzi are also on board.

• MS Fram
Named after the ship used by famous Norwegian explorer Fridjof Nansen, MS Fram is the latest addition to our fleet. Specially designed for exploration voyages of the Polar Regions MS Fram will operate around Greenland throughout the summer before heading south to Antarctica in the winter.
MS Fram is purpose built 12, 700-ton vessel that incorporates all the best of both practical and traditional design. With a main reception area, a glass-enclosed observation salon and excellent leisure facilities, including gym, sauna and heated Jacuzzis. Items of the original Fram will also be displayed throughout the vessel.

• MS Kong Harald
Named after the king of Norway, this majestic ship also pays tribute to other famous Norwegians and includes the nansen club bar and Amundsen Cafe. True to tradition, many local artists have put there own individual stamp on this elegant vessel, with distinctive works displayed throughout.

• MS Lofoten
Built in 1964 the MS Lofoten is in operation on the Norwegian Coastal Voyage during wintertime. In the year 2000 the ship was named a listed vessel by the Norwegian Director General of Historical Monuments. The ship has been refurbished and updated several times, most recently in 2004 for the new voyages into the fjords of western Norway and around the Lofoton Islands.

• MS Midnatsol
The latest addition to the fleet the MS Midnastol took her maiden voyage in April 2003 and has become a firm favourite. The ship has similar capacity and facilities to her sister ship the MS Trollfjord with large panorama lounges, cafes and bars; and ideal blend of traditional and 21st century design. Her light public rooms are perfect for viewing the scenic coast. The sun deck is equipped with a Jacuzzi and a fitness room.

MS Nordstjemen was built in 1956 for service on the Hurtigruten route. This traditional working ship is rich in character and is another firm favourite for many a Hurtigruten enthusiast. Having been modernised during the 1980's she has been used latterly for voyages around the Spitsbergen Archipelago.

A magnificent ship deservedly bearing the name of one of the most dramatic sights on the voyage. The interior design was influenced by the coastal scenery and the wide windows in the panorama lounges provide excellent viewing.
